The consequences for your former customer accounts are as follows:
Order history :
We do not have access to your order history with the previous brand owner.
Your customer account no longer exists.
Access to your old invoices :
We have access to raw data for editing or making available "old" invoices.
In order to provide you with this invoice, please specify :
- Surname and first name on invoice ;
- Make and model of the item concerned ;
- Order number (if available);

After-sales service management :
We will do our utmost to direct you to the suppliers with whom we are always in collaboration in order to process your after-sales file.
