The PRIDE 24" (507 mm) Control V1 Helium Disc Axes 20/10 mm Wheel Set is developed for BMX Race Cruiser, prioritising an excellent balance between lightness, rigidity and reliability. The Helium double-wall aluminium 6069-T6 rims are specially designed for competition to offer great reactivity while maintaining excellent resistance to intensive stress. Their design promotes sharp accelerations and precise handling.
The PRIDE Control V1 aluminium 6061-T6 hubs are equipped with a 6-pawl mechanism offering 180 points of engagement. This technology ensures near-instantaneous power transfer during starts and re-accelerations. The Center Lock disc brake mounting and quality bearings contribute to smooth and durable performance in all conditions.
Designed for riders seeking high performance, this pair of wheels weighs a competitive 1,748 g. Compatible with tyres from 29 to 65 mm, it features a 20x100 mm front axle and a 10x110 mm rear axle with a Shimano freehub body. The rear wheel is supplied with a lockring and spacers for adjusting the chainline.
