Description

The VITTORIA AIR-LINER LIGHT ROAD Pinch Flat Insert is designed to meet the demands of modern road bikes, which are ever faster and place greater strain on tubeless systems. Developed to optimise performance, this ultralight insert improves tyre stability and allows riding at lower pressures, promoting speed, grip and control, particularly on degraded tarmac or wet roads.

Thanks to its specific compound and hexagonal profile, the Air-Liner Light Road technology ensures excellent bead retention and effective impact protection. Compressed when the tyre is inflated to preserve rolling efficiency, the foam expands in the event of a puncture to fill the internal volume and allow run-flat riding for up to 50 km. It also helps reduce the risks of tyre burping and rim damage.

Adopted by professional teams, this solution offers a measurable gain in burping resistance and increased reliability. Weighing only 29 to 40 g extra per wheel, it integrates seamlessly into modern tubeless setups and completes the Vittoria road ecosystem.
