Description

The BAOUW BIO Pineapple-Coconut energy gel combines exotic flavour and natural performance. Made from 100% organic ingredients, it offers a fluid, non-sticky texture and a refreshing taste with no chemical aftertaste. The low glycaemic index (15) agave syrup and extra virgin olive oil ensure stable energy, ideal for prolonged efforts.

Rich in fruits, vitamins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium), this gel supports your body while being gentle on your digestion. Its compact, resealable flask allows consumption in several sips, avoiding the pasty effect of classic gels. You can take up to two per hour to reach 60 g of carbohydrates.

Unlike ultra-processed glucose-based gels, Baouw offers a healthy and effective alternative, to be consumed neat or diluted in 500 ml of water to make a 2-in-1 energy drink.

One gel every 30 minutes approximately, depending on effort intensity. To be consumed pure or diluted in 500ml of water.
