The BROOKS Scape Seat Bag Saddle Bag is a "holster"-style saddle bag composed of two distinct elements: a rigid mount that remains fixed to the bike and a removable waterproof bag. This clever design allows you to load and unload your belongings in seconds without having to remove the entire mounting system from the bike.
Designed for adventure, it is made from ultra-durable and completely waterproof materials. Its roll-top closure allows the volume of the bag to be adjusted according to your load, whilst guaranteeing absolute protection against rain, mud and spray from the rear wheel. Is it compatible with dropper seatposts? Use on a dropper seatpost is generally not recommended without a specific adapter (such as the Wolf Tooth Valais), as the straps could damage the seatpost stanchion.
Can accessories be attached to it? Yes, the holster has loops (daisy chain) on top, which allow a rear light or even the small Scape Saddle Pocket to be attached for additional storage.
How do you clean the bag after a muddy ride? A simple rinse with water or a wipe with a damp sponge is sufficient. The materials were chosen for their ease of maintenance and resistance to grease and mud stains.
