CUSHCORE XC Anti-Pinch Foam

The Anti Pinch Foam for CUSH CORE XC 29" 33/46 mm wide tires is an innovative solution for Gravel and Cyclocross that's as reliable, durable and high-performance as it is quick and easy to install.

Designed for use with rims and tires Tubeless Ready, this product enables you to ride at very low pressures - for optimum traction and grip - while maintaining excellent performance levels and maximum protection against punctures.

This foam provides total comfort by absorbing almost all shocks and considerably reducing vibrations, without altering the tire's behavior or performance. Reliability is also a key factor, since this system not only eliminates pinch punctures, but also greatly reduces the risk of de-gluing.

Installed in just a few seconds, this foam occupies 50% of the tire's volume, acting as a shock absorber, while the remaining 50% volume in the form of air acts as a spring, which you can adjust to suit your size, riding style and/or terrain. 

Like a tire Tubeless Ready, it's advisable to use preventive fluid to avoid thorn punctures and ensure a perfect seal.

This foam is offered here in a version designed for 29" tires, with cross-sections from 33 to 46 mm and internal rim widths from 19 to 26 mm. A 44 mm Presta valve is included.
