Description
A top-of-the-range model designed for experienced, demanding cyclists who are used to summer mountain rides, the KASK Protone Icon WG11 helmet is an ultra-lightweight protection, designed with safety, comfort and performance in mind!
The PROTONE has passed the KASK WG11 test and surpasses European safety standards by 48%, offering a significant improvement at the front. Compact and aerodynamic, its design is remarkable, with large front openings that ensure maximum ventilation for greater comfort on long climbs.
The Protone helmet features an in-mould construction that directly fuses the polycarbonate outer shell with the expanded polystyrene (EPS) layer, forming a particularly lightweight assembly that also absorbs impacts very effectively. This shell additionally incorporates a rigid internal structure, which reduces the risk of it shattering in the event of a heavy impact.
Designed to remain highly comfortable throughout long mountain rides, the KASK Protone features the Octo Fit adjustment system, precise and easy to use, and is fitted with anti-allergenic and antimicrobial inner foam pads, including removable Coolmax breathable padding.
