Universal, but not quite
"Hope quality is top-notch—no complaints there. The hose is super flexible, and the braiding is really tight and has a good gauge—that’s a real plus! Except when it comes to bleeding the brakes, because even the best has its limits. The banjo bolts provided are M6, and the Magura ones are M5, so they don’t fit. I went back to the original bolts, but since their diameter is 5 mm, they rattle loose in the Hope banjos, and even after trying several times, it still leaks. The worst part is that I only found banjo kits compatible with the Maguras (they use O-rings instead of brass washers) on a Chinese website whose name I won’t mention... it’s frustrating, but oh well. Since then, no leaks, and the lever feel is firmer. It’s more direct, I can modulate the pressure more easily, and it changes the Magura’s character for the better."
