Description

The hub HOPE PRO 5 is the new benchmark from the British brand HOPE, combining robustness, performance and reliability. Designed to meet the demands of modern mountain biking, it succeeds the much-loved Pro 4 with numerous improvements. The Pro 5 retains the CNC aluminium build quality that the brand is known for, while featuring a redesigned architecture for even greater efficiency.

Among the major new features, there is a faster freehub mechanism with 108 points of engagement spread across 6 pawls working in pairs (54 points on the steel and E-Bike versions depending on the model). This allows a near-instant response with every pedal stroke, offering greater precision and control, particularly on technical climbs or when re-accelerating.

The Pro 5 also stands out for improved sealing and a significant reduction in internal resistance, thanks to a new optimised seal system. The result is a smoother and more durable hub, ideal for committed disciplines such as enduro, trail or XC.

Available in a wide range of axle standards, disc mount options (6-bolt or Centerlock) and several anodised colours, the Hope Pro 5 is a premium choice for demanding cyclists seeking performance, longevity and style.
