The tire HUTCHINSON Kraken 29x2,30 Reinforced Tubeless Ready Flexible is an ultra-high-performance model designed exclusively for competitive riding. Cross-Country on dry and mixed terrain.
The Kraken will delight riders eager for performance and responsiveness, as well as aggressive, committed riding. Its tread has been designed for optimum performance, always in contact with the ground, while the progressive intermediate and lateral studs provide safety and are particularly effective on wide rims.
Designed around a sturdy, lightweight and impact-resistant 66 TPI carcass, the Kraken features the RaceRipost XC tread compound dedicated to pure performance, with a hard compound in the middle to guarantee high performance, and a softer compound on the sides for good grip.
This version also features Reinforced bead-to-bar reinforcement, providing highly effective protection against cuts, tears, punctures and heavy impacts. The Kraken is ideal for front mounting.
