Excellent cushioning on asphalt

"Excellent cushioning on asphalt".

Damien S. (5/5)

Good tire, but difficult to balance.

"Tire with good performance on asphalt, and good grip on dirt or gravel trails. On the other hand, difficult to mount correctly and to turn round."

Laurent5379432 (4/5)

Good points, bad points

"Too few kilometers yet for a complete opinion, but on the plus side there's the relatively low rolling resistance, which makes the job easier on the road, and they look strong too. The grip on the road is on a par with the competition and with this type of tire! (Not made for greasy terrain, of course) On the negative side, I'd say they're much harder to mount than any gravel tire tested so far. Don't hesitate to over-inflate the tire when mounting, to get it into the rim grooves. And don't forget to use heavy-duty tire levers for dismounting!

Mokymok (3/5)

Assembly not possible

"Impossible to mount!!! on original AlexRim , CUBE gravel Cross Race aluminum gentes... . Two broken tire levers, two dead inner tubes, a battle lasting several hours before retiring by KO. ..."

Moreje (1/5)

Probably a good tire, but... .

"Impossible to fit on Mavic Allroad wheels, I might have ended up fitting them (not sure) but I can't see myself doing it on the side of the road for a puncture. ..."

The galley! and lost money!

"Very difficult to mount these tires on Newmen SL R32 rims, wondering if they're designed for a 700 rim. In the event of a puncture in the pampas, I told myself it would be impossible to repair, so I wanted to check it out in my garage: well, the tires are impossible to unclip from their rims, unless your name is the Hulk! Mapa gloves, a clamp, a vise, nothing allowed me to get the tire out properly. I ended up cutting them with a cutter to extract them, and then they went in the garbage can... . Not good for such a well-known brand."

Elision (1/5)

Pleasantly surprised.

"Very good tire both on gravel and dirt, correct performance on asphalt. Mounting was difficult but nothing impossible. The only problem I encountered was an unbalance when mounting an inner tube (panaracer 25-35). I solved the problem by fitting a tubeless tire. Measured at 36.3 mm true width. It fits without any problem on my Spé Roubaix 2020."

Chlorine (4/5)

impossible to assemble

"impossible to mount on mavic ksyrium elite rims, but on shimano wheels I managed to do it after 20 minutes... ... I think you need a deep rim".

Stephdu13012 (1/5)

Difficult to assemble, impossible to disassemble!

"Bought a pair for my gravel to replace 15€ decat tires. A misery to mount because the tire is so short, I had to force it like crazy to get the bead wire in. Fortunately, I was able to ride all the way home and didn't have to dig deep into the forest, otherwise I'd be walking home. Tough tire change, gasket tightener, soap, I tried it all. I'm going to try the cycle shop next door, shame on me!"

Renaud21000 (1/5)

Unacceptable!!! impossible to assemble and disassemble

"Hi, like renaud21000; assembly is almost impossible (even with a tire iron) but it's nothing compared to disassembly. Even mounting the first bead is difficult !!!! Do not buy."
