La pair of CRANKBROTHERS SYNTHESIS Carbon DH11 I9 Hydra wheels wheelset has been developed to offer absolute control and maximum downhill stability, whether in training or on the most demanding World Cup tracks. Thanks to a differentiated design between the front and rear wheels, each component - rim, spokes, hub - is optimized to meet the specific constraints of DH.

The front wheelwith an internal width of 31.5 mm, features a carbon rim profile and layup designed to provide excellent lateral and vertical flexibility. This improves steering precision and grip in corners, absorbs vibrations on aggressive terrain (rocks, roots) and reduces handlebar fatigue. Sapim CX-Ray flat spokes enhance this feeling of comfort without sacrificing performance.

At the rear, the rigidity for improved stability, efficient power transfer and enhanced impact resistance. The rim is also in reinforced carbon with an identical internal width of 31.5 mm, providing excellent tire support and enhanced grip under braking. Sapim CX-Sprint spokes ensure strength and durability under high lateral loads.

Finally, the Industry Nine Hydra hubshubs, machined in the USA, offer ultra-fast 0.52° engagement, for immediate responsiveness in relaunch situations. Equipped with high-quality Enduro® bearings and a 7075-T6 aluminum body, they combine precision, reliability and lightness. This top-of-the-range DH wheel combines performance, sturdiness and aesthetics with a black anodized finish and laser-engraved logos.
