La pair of SHIMANO XTR M9220 Enduro 29'' wheels wheelset has been designed to meet the extreme demands of Enduro World Series racing, while remaining easy to maintain. This is the wheel in carbon wheel ever offered by Shimano. With its 30 mm hookless carbon rim, new XTR hubs and stainless steel J-Bend spokes (28 in all), it combines performance, reliability and ease of repair.

One of this wheel's major assets is its ultra-fast engagement angle of 3.5°, which ensures instant acceleration. This system is combined with fluid bearings and an intelligent seal design, considerably reducing resistance during freewheeling phases.

The WH-M9220 adopts a standard 29-inch format with a 148x12 mm/15x110 mm Boost rear/front hub, and classic 28-hole drilling, facilitating compatibility with many frames and parts availability in the event of replacement.

Finally, stainless steel cartridge bearings are not only durable but also easy to maintain. Combined with optimized preload adjustment and excellent sealing, they guarantee smooth, constant rotation on any terrain.
