How is the charging head powered? It must be connected to a power source via its supplied USB-A cable. You can plug it into an external battery housed in your frame bag, or into a USB port powered by a dynamo hub.
Is it compatible with MAG cases? Yes, it is fully compatible with standard Quad Lock cases and the new MAG cases.
Can I use it for mountain biking? Absolutely. Its aluminium construction and secure locking mechanism are designed to withstand the vibrations and shocks associated with off-road riding.
