No response from Probike customer service
"After leaving a negative review of this product because the quick-release clips don’t lock (there’s too much play between the pin and the link), I was contacted by customer service asking me to provide the invoice, details of the malfunction, and photos—which I did two weeks ago—and I still haven’t heard back from customer service despite a follow-up. I am disappointed, especially since my invoice totaled 164 euros. . . . Next time I’ll place my order elsewhere."
