The SHIMANO DEORE XT right shifter SL-M8210-IR is designed to deliver fast, precise and intuitive gear changes on E-Bike 12-speed drivetrains. Thanks to RAPIDFIRE PLUS technology, it guarantees smooth and responsive action, allowing the rider to maintain concentration and control on the most demanding terrain. The SL-M8210, designed for electric mountain bikes, only allows single gear shifts to protect the cassette (Single Shift).

Its I-SPEC EV interface ensures direct integration with compatible brake levers for a clean and ergonomic cockpit. The wide adjustment range allows the lever position to be precisely adapted to the rider's build and riding style.

Equipped with INSTANT RELEASE and 2-WAY RELEASE technologies, this shifter improves the speed of gear changes while reducing actuation effort. Its double bearing mechanism promotes a smooth and long-lasting feel in operation.
