Is it compatible with 35 mm handlebars? Yes, that is its great strength. It has been specifically designed to fit perfectly on oversized (35 mm) handlebars found on modern Enduro and DH mountain bikes.
Can it be fitted on a riser bar? Yes, the clamps are independent and pivoting, which allows adjustment even on handlebars with a pronounced "rise".
