Description
The Topeak Weight Scale is a high-precision digital scale designed to be used exclusively with workshop stands from the PrepStand range (Pro, Elite, Race). Instead of using an unstable scale or an inaccurate bathroom scale, this module integrates directly at the top of your workshop stand.
It can weigh complete bikes as well as individual components or bare frames. Its clear digital display and robustness make it a reference tool for comparing weight before and after a modification or for ensuring a bike meets the weight limits of certain competitions (UCI).
Can it be used without a Topeak workshop stand? This model is specifically designed to insert into the tube of the PrepStand range stands. For "hands-free" use, it is preferable to use the Digital Weight Scale model (with hook) also available from Topeak.
Is it robust enough for daily use in a shop? Yes, it is designed to withstand the demands of a workshop. The casing is solid and the electronics are protected against minor impacts.
Does it switch off automatically? Yes, it has an auto-off function to save the batteries if you forget to turn it off after weighing.
